As with wine, the characteristics of olive oil are influenced by several factors, such as variety, maturity, growth place, climate, weather conditions and harvesting method. Additionally, olive oil can vary in flavour depending on the food with which it is combined.
In addition to our extra virgin olive oils, our range includes seasoned oils.
Vinegars
The region of Emilia-Romagna is well-known for the production of balsamic vinegar.
Our range includes dozens of varieties from genuine balsamic vinegar, aged for years in barrels, to wine vinegars and flavoured vinegars suitable for everyday use.
